Process of benefiting from the Premium-Based Construction Plan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stages 1. Membership fee (paid once-off covering 20 years activeness) it covers:<\/strong>
\ni). Plan design and drawing
\nii). Site visit\/ Consultant
\niii). Geo-survey (if applicable)
\niv). BOQ production
\nv). Administration<\/p>\n

Stage 02: Surety Fee ( serve as guarantee or Collateral)<\/strong>
\n(a). Civil Servants: $150 for 03 months and get services \/ materials after 21working days of last payment.
\n(b). Non civil servants: 40% of BOQ, per Stage or full BOQ paid for 03 months and get services \/ materials after 21 working days of last payment.<\/p>\n

Stage 3: Project Execution \/ turn over time (1 to 4 months)<\/strong>
\n1. Sub-structure (1st month)
\n2. Super structure (2nd month)
\n3. Roofing (3rd month)
\n4. Finishings (4th month) if applicable.<\/p>\n

Stage 4: Client Tenure (4 months to 20 years, depending on project)<\/strong><\/p>\n
