Process of benefiting from the Premium-Based Construction Plan.
Stages 1. Membership fee (paid once-off covering 20 years activeness) it covers:
i). Plan design and drawing
ii). Site visit/ Consultant
iii). Geo-survey (if applicable)
iv). BOQ production
v). Administration
Stage 02: Surety Fee ( serve as guarantee or Collateral)
(a). Civil Servants: $150 for 3 months and get services / materials after 21working days of last payment.
(b). Non civil servants: 40% of BOQ, per Stage or full BOQ paid for 03 months and get services / materials after 21 working days of last payment.
Stage 3: Project Execution / turn over time (1 to 4 months)
1. Sub-structure (1st month)
2. Super structure (2nd month)
3. Roofing (3rd month)
4. Finishings (4th month) if applicable.
Stage 4: Client Tenure (4 months to 20 years, depending on project)
Stage 5: Default mitigation ( Client surrender 2 rooms to company real estate to repay installments)
